About The Position
As a Caregiver at Sevita, you will engage in rewarding work helping individuals grow, learn, and live well, developing meaningful relationships with those you serve. You will be empowered by leaders to make decisions that benefit participants and will take initiative to help them integrate into the community and enjoy their favorite activities. The role involves supporting participants with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. You will also assist individuals with personal hygiene and provide support to those who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
