About The Position

We are currently seeking dedicated Full-Time Caregivers. As a Full-Time Caregiver, you will have the chance to make a meaningful impact on individuals' lives while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in caregiving preferred.
Previous experience in a caregiving role or related field is an advantage.
Ability to provide outstanding patient care with empathy and respect.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of medical terminology and procedures.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
Current CPR and First Aid certifications are required.
Tuberculosis (TB) test required.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to patients in accordance with their care plans.
Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Monitor and record patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients.
Support patients in mobility and physical activities to enhance their quality of life.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to provide updates on patient condition.
