Make a real difference by supporting individuals with disabilities Position: Caregiver - 2135R Starting Wage: $23.00/hour Schedule: Mon to Fri 12:00pm to 4:30pm Location: Salem, Oregon Experience: Medication/OIS Trained/Behaviors 🌻 Client Bio: I am a happy, affectionate person with a big heart, and I love being involved with others. I enjoy learning and sharing fun facts, and I’m most engaged when I can be creative. I love music, dancing, science experiments, art, drawing, and imaginative play. I am very close to my family and pets, and dogs are an important part of my life. I do best with a caregiver who is patient, engaged, and enjoys being present with me throughout the day. I prefer having someone with me at all times and enjoy caregivers who participate in creative and imaginative activities. Medication support may be required and will be confirmed by my Responsible Party. If needed, medications will be organized in a pill reminder system, with verbal prompts provided. Requirements

  • 18 years or older with 1 or more years of care experience
  • CPR and First Aid certified or willing to get certified
  • Own a smartphone
  • Legal U.S. work authorization and background check
  • Driver’s license and insurance for some roles
  • Medication trained and OIS trained
  • comfortable working in a home with pets
