Join our team at Elite Care—Fanno Creek as a Care Staff member in our small assisted living and memory care facility. As a crucial part of our dedicated team, you will provide compassionate and personalized care to residents, ensuring their safety, well-being, and overall quality of life. Additionally, we are the first assisted living community in Oregon to earn the JCAHO accreditation.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar caregiving role required.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic knowledge of senior care practices and principles.
- You must be a U.S. Citizen and reside within the State of Oregon to apply.
- Please have reliable means of transportation/commuting to work.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and fellow team members to ensure comprehensive care.
- Participate in resident activities and contribute to a vibrant and inclusive community atmosphere.
