We are looking for compassionate caregivers/CNAs to join our growing team. The right candidate has a can-do attitude, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to provide many levels of support to our clients. The Caregiver/CNA at Village Caregiving in Bowling Green, KY will be responsible for providing compassionate care and assistance to elderly patients in a home setting.
Requirements
- Experience in caregiving or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Willingness to undergo background check
Nice To Haves
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license or equivalent preferred
Responsibilities
- Assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Assist with light housekeeping duties
- Providing emotional support and companionship to patients
- Following care plans tailored to each patient's needs
- Reporting any changes in patient's condition to the supervisor
