Requirements
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and pass a background check, drug screen, and written competency evaluation
- Honest, energetic, and caring individuals who are passionate about helping others
Nice To Haves
- Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred — but not required (we’ll pay for your training!)
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care services such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Work in clients’ homes with varying shift times and care needs
