Requirements

Experience in caregiving- 1-3+ years preferred
Excellent interpersonal skills for working with those in need of care
Understanding of caregiving best practices and systems
Compassionate, attentive, and dedicated to providing quality care
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended period to provide care
Must have an active driver’s license and reliable transportation
Must be 21+ years of age to meet company insurance requirements for transporting clients

Responsibilities

Assist with activities of daily living such as assisting in personal care, bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility assistance
Prepare meals and help with feeding as needed
Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe, clean environment
