We’re especially looking for: Caregivers with weekend availability (2 weekend days per month minimum) Part-time team members (10+ hours per week) Bench caregivers (join now for early access to future client matches) Full time for right fit client/caregiver match In this role, you may: Work one-on-one with clients in their home Provide personal care, hygiene, and mobility support Assist with meals, light housekeeping, and companionship Follow individualized care plans Document tasks and report concerns

Requirements

• Compassionate, dependable, and self-motivated
• Able to work independently and follow directions
• Live within 30 minutes of Clayton, NC
• Willing to drive up to 30 minutes to client homes
• Clear background check (per NC guidelines)
• TB test current or willing to update
• Reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

• CNA or PCA preferred but not required (we provide training!)

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with clients in their home
