About The Position

This Caregiver role at Sevita involves providing rewarding work helping individuals grow, learn, and live well. Caregivers develop meaningful relationships with participants, are trusted to do what's right for them, and help them engage in community activities and enjoy their favorite pastimes. Support includes developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition, as well as assisting with personal hygiene and supporting individuals with behavioral challenges and other complex needs. The company seeks compassionate, patient individuals who find meaning in this type of work.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management skills
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible behaviors
• Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance

Nice To Haves

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
