Minimum 1-2 years of experience in providing 1 on 1 care. Reliable and committed to maintain assigned schedule. Professional and compassionate with Excellent Communication skills. Ability to read/write/comprehend the English Language. Verbal communication in English is required. This particular client requires a Vietnamese speaking caregiver.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Provide activities of daily living (ADL's) to our clients, in accordance with individualized care plans.
- Provide care in accordance with Florida Statute for Home Health Aides and Certified Nursing Assistants.
- Timely and accurately document all Client related activities in accordance with Agency policy.
- Document the care provided and report changes in Client's health to your supervisor.
