About The Position

We treat our employees like family! Alliance Senior Care is looking for experienced Caregivers to join our team and make a difference in the life of a senior. Immediate Needs for Day and Overnight Shifts- OVERNIGHT SHIFTS NEED TO BE ABLE TO STAY UNTIL 8AM We are seeking a Caregiver to join our team. In this role, you will make a difference in the lives of seniors and people with disabilities by enhancing their quality of life. Responsibilities include assisting with hygiene needs, light housekeeping and errands, medication reminders, and other tasks that improve the client’s living environment and standards. The ideal candidate is patient, compassionate, and reliable.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or similar role is preferred - Minimum of 1 year of Previous Caregiving Experience
- Experienced working in Home Care, Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing or Group Home is Preferred
- Knowledge of basic housekeeping tasks and cooking skills
- Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, respectful, ethical
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal hygiene needs and dressing
- Assist with mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises
- Prepare meals and snacks
- Light housekeeping activities
- Medication reminders
- Provide companionship
- Assist with errands and shopping
- 12 Hour Night Shifts - Must be able to stay until 8am
