The role involves supporting participants with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition, as well as assisting with personal hygiene and supporting individuals with behavioral challenges and other complex needs. Requirements

• Must have driver's license for 1 year post permit
• Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
• Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management
• Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible

Nice To Haves

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
