About The Position

Part-time 4 hour Caregiver shifts available Are you an experienced Caregiver / Home Care Aide who takes pride in providing exceptional care and compassion to your clients? Duties: - Provide compassionate and personalized care to individuals in need - Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming - Transport clients to appointments, errands and other - Prepare and serve meals while adhering to dietary requirements as needed - Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and tidying up living areas - Provide companionship and engage in social activities with clients - Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to the appropriate medical professionals - Document tasks and create care notes for each visit - Follow all HIPAA guidelines to ensure client confidentiality Requirements Caregiver: Valid Driver's License Reliable, Insured Vehicle Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray Registration or willing to register to be on the Home Care Aide Registry 1 year of previous professional experience as an in home Caregiver / Home Care Aide or similar (preferred) Caregiver must have demonstrated alignment and experience in successfully living the BrightStar Care Core Values : Be Open and Honest: Approachable, Fun, Unflappable, Kind, Empathetic Serve with Passion: Help First, Confident Yet Humble, For the Greater Good, Make a Real Difference Do the Right Thing: Honest, Ethical, Tell the Truth Do What You Say: On Time, Finish What You Start, Accountable, Take Responsibility Make it Great: Continuous Improvement, Exceed Expectations, Bring Out the Best in Others, Detail Oriented Brightstar Care is an Equal Opportunity Employer

Requirements

Valid Driver's License
Reliable, Insured Vehicle
Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
