HomeWell is seeking compassionate, dependable, and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Caregivers. In this role, you will play a meaningful part in providing high-quality, non-medical in-home care that supports our clients’ safety, independence, and overall well-being. As a HomeWell Caregiver, you will assist with daily living activities, provide companionship, and help create a safe, comfortable environment where clients feel respected, valued, and genuinely cared for.   • Provide assistance with personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
  • Assist with medication reminders
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to dietary needs
  • Assist with mobility, including lifting and transferring individuals
  • Support individuals with developmental disabilities in daily activities
  • Implement behavior management techniques as needed
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment
  • Experience with transfers
  • Ability to manage challenging behaviors with patience and empathy
  • Proficiency in meal preparation and following dietary guidelines
  • Familiarity with direct support systems and protocols
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and their families
  • Must pass background and drug screening
  • Valid Driver's License (Required)
  • Car Insurance (Required)
  • Reliable transportation (Required)
  • Ability to Commute: Crestwood, MO
  • Ability to Relocate: Crestwood, MO: Relocate before starting work (Required)
  • Experience caring for bedbound patients preferred
  • Knowledge of dementia care and working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
  • Caregiving: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Bed bound: 2 years
  • Dementia Care: 2 years
