About The Position

This position involves providing rewarding work by helping people grow, learn, and live well. Caregivers are expected to develop meaningful relationships with the individuals they serve, experience ownership and trust from leaders, and take initiative to help participants engage in the community and enjoy their favorite activities. The role includes supporting participants with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition, as well as assisting with personal hygiene and supporting individuals who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
