Requirements

• Caregiving Experience (1 year)
• Valid Driver's License
• Reliable transportation and valid auto insurance
• Ability to Commute: Chesterfield, MO
• Ability to Relocate: Chesterfield, MO: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Nice To Haves

• Experience with bedbound care and transfers preferred
• Knowledge of dementia and developmental disability care preferred
• Ability to manage behaviors with patience and empathy
• Meal prep and dietary awareness
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)
• Provide medication reminders
• Prepare meals and support mobility/transfers
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Support daily activities and behaviors as needed
• Perform light housekeeping for a safe home
