About The Position

You will help participants grow, learn, and live well, taking initiative to help them be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities. This role involves supporting participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition, as well as assisting with personal hygiene and supporting individuals who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
