As a Weekend Caregiver, you’ll be the trusted support that ensures comfort, dignity, and safety — when families need it most 🏡 Your Role: In-Home Support Specialist You’ll provide non-medical care that helps clients remain safely and comfortably in their own homes.

Requirements

• Active Washington State HCA or CNA certification
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• Ability to pass drug screening
• Ability to pass extensive background checks
• Professional, compassionate, and dependable attitude

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility
• Provide medication reminders
• Encourage independence while ensuring safety
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Meal planning and preparation
• Maintain a clean, safe living environment
• Transportation to appointments and errands (as needed)
• Monitor and report changes in condition
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Communicate updates with care team and office staff
• Follow individualized care plans and confidentiality standards
