Requirements

• At least 1 year of caregiving experience or CNA preferred
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
• Ability to pass a background check
• Willingness to work short shifts and commute within service area
• Dependable, compassionate, and open to being on call
• Experienced and comfortable with: Bed-bound clients
• Experienced and comfortable with: Limited mobility care
• Experienced and comfortable with: Lifting and repositioning full (dead) weight when necessary
• Experienced and comfortable with: Hands-on personal care, including hygiene support

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with personal care and daily routines
• Perform brief changes and perineal care
• Provide bed baths
• Reposition clients and assist with mobility
• Support clients with limited mobility or who are bed-bound
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
