United Home Care is now hiring compassionate and dependable caregivers to support older adults in the comfort of their own homes. What You'll Do: Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, and mobility support Provide companionship, emotional support, and social engagement Help with meal preparation, feeding (as needed), and hydration Maintain a clean and safe home environment (light housekeeping, linen changes) Assist with errands, grocery shopping, or transportation when required Follow individualized care plans and report any changes to the care team Ensure client comfort, dignity, and safety at all times What We're Looking For: Compassionate and patient individuals who genuinely care about others Respectful, gentle, and attentive to client needs Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy Strong communication and interpersonal skills Able to work independently and professionally Flexible and adaptable to different clients and home environments Caregiver Qualifications: Previous experience as a caregiver, home care aide, CNA, PCA, or personal attendant preferred Experience working with male clients is a plus Ability to provide professional, respectful, and dignified care Dependable, punctual, and compassionate Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (as applicable)
Requirements
- Prior caregiving experience required.
- Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray (per state regulations)
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Valid driver’s license and car insurance.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience as a caregiver, home care aide, CNA, PCA, or personal attendant preferred
- Experience working with male clients is a plus
- Ability to provide professional, respectful, and dignified care
