About The Position
We are seeking a reliable and compassionate caregiver for a case in Rochester Hills. Case Details: 🕒 Shifts: Monday–Friday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM Saturday–Sunday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM 🚗 Responsibilities & Requirements: Drive the client using the client’s transportation van Valid driver’s license required Light housekeeping Meal preparation Medication reminders Possible errands 👤 Client Notes: The client prefers to keep to themselves and follow a consistent routine. Requirements
- Drive the client using the client’s transportation van
- Valid driver’s license required
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Physically able to lift 25 lbs., bend, kneel, and walk throughout shift
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and registration
- Reliable mobile phone for scheduling and communication
- Must pass a background check
- Current TB test (can be completed after interview)
Responsibilities
- Light housekeeping
- Meal preparation
- Medication reminders
- Possible errands
- Companionship and emotional support
- Light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
- Dementia/Alzheimer’s care
- Personal care: bathing, dressing, toileting, hygiene
- Safe transfers using gait belts and Hoyer lifts (training provided)
- Transportation to outings, errands, and appointments
- Promoting safety, dignity, and comfort at all times
