Requirements
- HCA (Home Care Aide) or CNA certification preferred—but not required
- We pay for your HCA training!
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
- Ability to pass a written competency exam, drug screen, and nationwide background check
- Honest, reliable, energetic, and caring personality with a heart for service
Responsibilities
- Support clients with personal care needs (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Offer meaningful companionship and promote safety in the home
- Work one‑on‑one with clients during varied shifts and activities
