Friendship Village is seeking a compassionate and energetic Caregiver to join our Assisted Living team assists the licensed nursing staff by performing routine nursing duties and activities of daily living. This part-time first shift 6:30a-2:30p position offers flexible scheduling, benefits, and A Fun Work Environment with a starting pay of $16.00 per hour. Ready to jump into a role that matters? Here’s a snapshot of what you’ll be doing each day as a Caregiver: Assists patients with dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, positioning, turning, toileting and exercising. Gives prompt and efficient assistance to nursing personnel in non-professional duties and care of residents under supervision of RN and LPN. Reports and records observations and results of treatments, tests, procedures and specimens when indicated. Ability to understand and follow instructions in English, communicates effectively, and perform simple arithmetic. Ability to document care given.
