About The Position

Mentor Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role involves helping people grow, learn, and live well, developing meaningful relationships with the individuals served. Caregivers are empowered to take initiative in helping participants engage with the community and enjoy activities. This includes supporting developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition, as well as assisting with personal hygiene and supporting individuals with behavioral challenges and complex needs.
