We recognize that every resident is unique, with their own needs and preferences, and we are committed to tailoring our approach to meet each individual's specific requirements. What would you do as a Caregiver As a new Caregiver at Everbloom Memory Care, you can expect to provide hands-on assistance to residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. Your compassion and dedication will be essential in helping residents maintain their independence and quality of life. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring and reporting any changes in residents' health or behavior to the appropriate team members. You will be scheduled part-time, but there are opportunities to grow into full-time, with swing and noc shifts available, and occasional first shift openings. Our mission is ensuring that our residents receive the care they need during these crucial hours, and our team works collaboratively and cohesively from one shift to another.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum age of 18 years
• Basic computer proficiency
• fluency in English
• detail-oriented
• compassionate
• strong work ethic
• All candidates must be able to pass a criminal background check and a comprehensive reference check.

Nice To Haves

• Fluency in Spanish is a plus
