About The Position
At All Ways Caring HomeCare our Caregivers play a crucial role in providing individualized care that suits the needs of each client in the comfort of their homes. It is our goal to identify individuals who are compassionate, a #DifferenceMaker, and want to feel awesome about their job every day. Responsibilities align with the needs of our clients in assisting with daily activities to include, but not limited to the following: Whether recovering from illness, injury, or surgery, living with a chronic disability, or dealing with the natural process of aging, services are tailored to meet the individual needs of people of all ages, physical conditions, and cognitive abilities. All Ways Caring HomeCare services include personal care and homemaking programs, professional nursing, older adult care management, Alzheimer’s/dementia care, respite care, and other programs.
Requirements
- No prior experience necessary. Orientation and training provided
- Eighteen years of age or older with valid driver’s license
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Capable of working responsibly with confidential information
- Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement
- Successful completion of pre-employment background check
