About The Position

Requirements

• Compassionate, reliable, and professional caregivers
• Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Ability to work with both male and female clients
• Ability to perform essential job duties with or without reasonable accommodation

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of healthcare or in-home care experience preferred
• Willingness to travel within a 25-mile radius

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships by providing companionship and emotional support
• Assist with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
• Provide medication reminders
• Help with mobility, transportation, and appointments
• Prepare meals and assist with grocery shopping
• Perform light housekeeping
• Monitor changes in client condition and respond appropriately
• Support clients with daily activities that promote independence and dignity
