Requirements
- Active Washington State HCA or CNA certification
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Ability to pass drug screening
- Ability to pass extensive background checks
- Professional, compassionate, and dependable attitude
Responsibilities
- Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility
- Provide medication reminders
- Encourage independence while ensuring safety
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Meal planning and preparation
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment
- Transportation to appointments and errands (as needed)
- Monitor and report changes in client condition
- Maintain accurate care documentation
- Communicate updates with the care team and office staff
- Follow individualized care plans and confidentiality standards
