Services are tailored to meet the individual needs of people of all ages, physical conditions, and cognitive abilities, whether they are recovering from illness, injury, or surgery, living with a chronic disability, or dealing with the natural process of aging. All Ways Caring HomeCare services include personal care and homemaking programs, professional nursing, older adult care management, Alzheimer’s/dementia care, respite care, and other programs. As a caregiver, you will play a crucial role in helping us provide compassionate care to our clients in the comfort of their homes. Requirements

Eighteen years of age or older
Ability to communicate both verbal and written
Capable of working responsibly with confidential information
Ability to work independently

Responsibilities

Assists patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming,and toileting
Prepares meals and special diets
Performs general housekeeping activities
Provides transportation assistance to and from activities
Provides compassionate companionship to patients
Other duties as assigned
