Schedule Availability We are actively hiring caregivers available for: Evening shifts between 3:00 pm and 10:00 pm Weekend daytime and evening shifts Part-time schedules with consistent weekly hours Service area includes Aliso Viejo and surrounding South Orange County communities. Caregiver Responsibilities Provide companionship and social engagement Assist with evening routines and personal care Prepare meals or assist with dinner and light cleanup Support mobility and safe transfers Provide medication reminders Light housekeeping and organization Document daily care through our mobile care app Caregiver Pay & Benefits $18 to $22 per hour, paid biweekly. 5 sick days and holiday pay Room for career growth within our franchise Bonus programs – extra cash for referrals, caregiver of the month awards, and more!
