HomeWell Care Services is launching our new Dialysis Day Support Program , and we’re hiring compassionate caregivers who want consistent daytime work while making a real difference in a client’s quality of life. This role is ideal for caregivers who enjoy relationship-based care, reliable schedules, and supporting clients through an important healthcare routine. No heavy transfers. No overnight shifts. No rotating chaos. At HomeWell Care Services, we pride ourselves on providing the highest quality care for seniors and others needing individualized support and companionship at home. With locations across the U.S., we offer many opportunities for compassionate individuals who enjoy improving the quality of life of those around them, with numerous positions for varying levels of expertise, such as companion caregivers, certified aides and case managers. Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Active auto insurance
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass background screening
- Professional, dependable, and compassionate
- Availability during dialysis hours
Nice To Haves
- Caregiving experience preferred (CNA, HHA, PCA, DSP welcome)
Responsibilities
- Safely transport clients to and from dialysis appointments
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with light personal care and mobility as needed
- Monitor client safety and comfort during appointments
- Communicate clearly with our care team
- Maintain a clean, reliable vehicle for client transport
