About The Position

United Care Home Care is seeking compassionate and dependable caregivers for PM shifts (4pm to 12AM) to support aging adults in the comfort of their homes. Our caregivers provide safety, companionship, and personal care assistance (including showering and toileting). Whether you're monitoring for safety, helping with mobility, or supporting bedtime routines, you’ll play a key role in keeping our clients comfortable and cared for.

Requirements

• Attentive to clients’ needs
• Friendly, patient, and compassionate
• Able to work independently and follow care plans
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Observant and detail-oriented
• Active California Home Care Aide registration.
• Current TB test results or chest X-ray documentation.
• Valid driver's license and active car insurance

Nice To Haves

• Previous caregiver experience preferred.
