About The Position
Village Caregiving is currently hiring compassionate and reliable Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide individualized, in-home care for clients in the Wauseon area. This role is essential in supporting clients’ comfort, independence, and overall quality of life. Village Caregiving is a trusted provider of in-home care services in the Toledo area, committed to delivering compassionate, client-centered care. Requirements
- Active Home Health Aide (HHA) certification in the state of Ohio
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable nature
- Ability to work independently within clients’ homes
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Provide companionship, emotional support, and positive social interaction
- Follow personalized care plans designed to meet each client’s specific needs
- Perform light housekeeping duties and assist with meal preparation
- Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive home environment
