About The Position
Join Our Team as a Caregiver at United Home Care! Are you passionate about helping others? United Home Care is hiring caregivers immediately for our clients in San Diego County! We offer weekly pay and a supportive environment where you can make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals in your community. If you are a caring individual looking for a job with flexible hours and competitive pay, we want to hear from you! This is a per diem position. Work hours are not guaranteed, as scheduling depends on client availability, needs, and preferences. Shifts will be assigned based on the best match between the caregiver and the client’s schedule.
Requirements
- Prior caregiving experience is a plus
- Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray (per state regulations)
- Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
- Provide companionship, emotional support, and engage clients in enjoyable activities.
- Help with mobility and transportation to appointments or social outings.
- Observe and report any changes in clients’ health or behavior to the appropriate personnel.
- Ensure a safe and clean living environment for clients.
