About The Position
URGENTLY HIRING CAREGIVER FOR OUR HOUSTON LOCATION - that will provide the following services to a client: SCHEULED HOURS: 18 HOURS TOTAL A WEEK MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY 9AM-1PM
Responsibilities
- Home management and care planning
- Medical advocacy
- Prescription medical management
- Help with personal hygiene and care
- Assisting with meals and nutrition
- Help with mobility
- Home maintenance and basic house keeping
- Errands
- Keeping them company
- Reporting and monitoring the patients’ health changes
- Communication: Maintaining clear communication with the individual, their family and other health care professionals.
- Documentation: Keeping accuarte records of care provided and any changes in the individuals condition.
- Safety: Ensuring a safe and comfortable living enviroment
