About The Position

This role offers a flexible opportunity for individuals to provide in-home senior support, with options for part-time or full-time work and the ability to choose shifts (weekday, evening, and weekend blocks). Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and follow all safety protocols
Clear, compassionate communicator who respects client privacy
Reliable, punctual, and passionate about enriching everyday life for older adults

Nice To Haves

Experience as a caregiver, HHA, or in a similar role
A compassionate heart (training is available for the right candidate)
Certification through our CHHA school program (if not already certified)

Responsibilities

Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and safe transfers (Personal Care with Dignity)
Prepare simple, nutritious dishes; tidy living spaces and handle light laundry (Healthy Meals & Homes)
Support gentle walks or therapist-approved stretches (Daily Mobility & Exercise)
Keep clients on schedule and note any wellness changes (Medication Reminders)
Share conversation, games, or outings to appointments and shops (Meaningful Companionship)
