About The Position

Competitive Pay: $20–$22 per hour, based on experience and certification.

Requirements

• HCA or CNA certification preferred—not required (we pay for training)
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
• Must pass a competency evaluation, drug screen, and nationwide background check
• Honest, energetic, dependable, and passionate about helping others

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and companionship
• Work in clients’ homes with varying shifts and activities
