I like to keep busy with activities that make me happy, like listening to music, singing, sensory activities, swinging, spinning, splashing in the water, and watching my favorite videos. I do best when I have a steady routine and a caregiver who understands how I communicate and what helps me feel safe. I need someone who can match my energy, provide physical support when needed, and stay calm, patient, and consistent, especially in situations that can get challenging. A caregiver who "gets me," follows my schedule, and helps keep me safe—both in the car and out in the community—is the best fit for me. Sometimes I need extra support with personal care and reminders to stay on track, but when I feel supported, I can thrive and fully engage in activities. Requirements

18 years or older with 1 or more years of care experience
CPR and First Aid certified or willing to get certified
Own a smartphone
Legal U.S. work authorization and background check
Driver’s license and insurance for some roles
Must own a car to travel for this client to meet them at different locations for the shift
OIS TRAINING IS REQUIRED
