Requirements
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred. We will consider adequate caregiving experience in place of CNA certification
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to caregiving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Dedication to maintaining the highest standards of care.
- Must be able to during the weekends
- Optional weekday shifts might be available to pick
- Optional night shifts might be available to pick including during the weekends
Responsibilities
- Assisting clients with their activities of daily living
- Provide compassionate and personalized in-home care
- Foster a supportive and empathetic environment for clients.
- Collaborate with supervisors, healthcare professionals, and families.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
- Embrace ongoing training to stay at the forefront of caregiving excellence.
