Requirements
- Previous caregiving or related experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to compassionately assist clients with varying needs.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
- Willingness to complete background checks and any required training.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
- Provide medication reminders and monitor clients' health and well-being.
- Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
- Assist with light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social activities.
- Maintain accurate records of services provided and client conditions.
