Requirements

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable caregivers
• Comfortable with hands‑on care and safe transfer techniques where required
• 18 years or older; eligible to work in the U.S.; able to pass background screening
• Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and reliable vehicle preferred for roles that include outings or transportation

Nice To Haves

• Experience with dementia care, Hoyer lifts, or mobility assistance preferred

Responsibilities

• Safe Hoyer‑lift transfers and repositioning
• Bathing, dressing, toileting, and full personal care
• Meal preparation and feeding assistance
• Medication reminders and routine support
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Companionship, coaching, and dementia redirection
• Transportation to appointments when required
