Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Ability to assist with daily living activities, provide companionship, and support client needs
- Dependable, patient, and compassionate personality
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living activities
- Provide companionship
- Support client needs
- Document and maintain accurate records of care activities, changes in condition, and incidents.
- Provide direct care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, feeding, mobility support, and medication reminder
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA)
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions
- Performs other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit
