About The Position
AbaCares Services is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide high-quality care to individuals in need. This position offers a competitive rate and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of others. Location: EASTON, PA, 18042 Approved Weekly Hours: 50.18 Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 6:30PM - no gender preference - mainly mobility assistance and making sure he does not fall
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Caregiver, Personal Care Assistant, or similar role.
- Must pass a comprehensive background check.
- Demonstrated ability to pay close attention to detail and follow care plans accurately.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a friendly and compassionate demeanor.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Physical ability to perform the position's duties, including lifting and transferring clients as needed.
- A commitment to providing high-quality, empathetic care to individuals in need.
Responsibilities
- Assisting clients with daily living activities
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Monitoring and reporting changes in client's health status
- Following care plans and ensuring client safety
