About The Position

URGENTLY HIRING CAREGIVER FOR HOUSTON LOCATION - that will provide the following services to a client:
Assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and mobility assistance
Maintaining hygiene ensuring the individual maintains proper personal hygiene.
Providing mobility support which could involve helping with walking, transferring or using mobility aids.
Assisting with medical appointments which could involve scheduling appointments.
Light housekeeping could include cleaning, laundry and tidying.
Must have reliable transportation.
Other responsibilities may include:
Maintaining clear communication with the individual, their family and other health care professionals.
Keeping accurate documentation of the care provided and any changes in the individual’s condition.
Safety ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment.
