Your role as a Caregiver
As a new PRN Caregiver at Carrollton Gardens, you'll be responsible for assisting residents with daily activities such as dressing, bathing, and meal preparation. You will also provide companionship, monitor their well-being, and ensure their living space is clean and organized. Training will be provided to help you build confidence in your caregiving skills. Your role is crucial in creating a safe and nurturing environment for our residents as they go about their daily routines.

To excel in the Caregiver role at Carrollton Gardens, you'll need a high school diploma or GED.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication with residents and staff
• A clear criminal history and experience in caregiving, particularly with the elderly, are vital for success in this role.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to pass background check and required health screenings.

Nice To Haves

• Previous caregiving experience preferred (senior living, assisted living, memory care, or home care).
