About The Position
We’re looking for compassionate people to join our team in Worcester and surrounding towns. Full-time or part-time — your choice. We’ve got short 2–3 hour shifts available in the morning starting at 8AM up until 5PM. You have the ability to take on permanent clients throughout the day or pick up available shifts. Opportunities available seven days a week. Perfect for parents, students, or anyone who needs a flexible schedule. Work a lot or a little — it’s totally up to you! Requirements
- Clear communicators and kind-hearted
- Dependable and patient
- Comfortable reading, writing, and speaking conversational English
- Able to reliably get to client homes
- Willing to follow safety guidelines
Responsibilities
- Assisting with bathing, dressing, and other daily needs
- Offering companionship and emotional support
- Preparing simple meals and running small errands
- Medication reminders
- Light housekeeping to ensure a clean, safe environment
