Requirements

Active Washington State HCA or CNA certification
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
Ability to pass extensive background checks
Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude

Responsibilities

Personal Care Support Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility
Provide medication reminders (no administration)
Support safe movement and transfers
Home & Daily Living Assistance Light housekeeping and laundry
Meal preparation and feeding assistance as needed
Maintain a clean and safe home environment
Client Monitoring & Communication Transportation to appointments and errands (as needed)
Monitor and report changes in condition
Maintain accurate documentation
Communicate with physicians, office staff, and fellow caregivers
Follow individualized care plans and confidentiality standards
Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
