I communicate using a mix of words, a communication device, and some sign language, and I do best with someone who is patient, kind, and understands how I express myself. I sometimes get frustrated or excited, so I need a caregiver who can stay calm, consistent, and supportive while keeping me safe at all times. This role involves helping me with daily routines, supporting communication, and keeping me engaged in safe, fun, and meaningful activities. A strong caregiver will be flexible, attentive, and ready to provide hands-on support, encouragement, and companionship throughout the day. • 18 years or older with 1 or more years of care experience
