About The Position
University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide exceptional in-home care to clients in Redford Township, MI. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals who need assistance with daily activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
Requirements
- Previous experience in caregiving or related healthcare role is a plus, but NOT required
- Compassionate and patient with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and assisting with mobility.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Help with light housekeeping tasks and errands.
- Monitor clients’ condition and report any changes to appropriate personnel or family members.
- Follow care plans and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and family members.
