Requirements

Some caregiving experience is a plus — but your character matters more than your résumé
Reliable, warm, and genuinely motivated to help others
Must pass a background check and provide required employment documents
Must be authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

Being a consistent, comforting presence your client genuinely looks forward to seeing
Assisting with personal care, grooming, mobility, and meals — with patience and dignity
Keeping their living space safe, tidy, and comfortable
Following their personalized care plan and keeping our team in the loop on any changes
